About The Youth YOU Program

We support and provide the tools to overcome addiction.

The 10 month Youth YOU Program is targeted for youth and young adults aged from 18 – 35 years old (in person). Each group has a capacity of 10 participants to ensure a more effective and personalised program tailored for the individuals needs.

In the group sessions we cover why people self destruct and become addicted to negative patterns. We support and teach participants how to overcome addiction while creating new and healthier habits. Some of the tools we look at include – taking notice of what environment the person finds themselves in, belief systems, values and tools to cope when craving or triggers arise.

The program encourages new passions and an excitement for a life without drugs or past limitations.  It’s about stepping into your true self while living life to your greatest abilities.

During the program each person receives full support throughout their recovery.
